If the product is used as an adult product, clean it on the same day, especially all contact areas and internal canals. Do not allow bodily fluids or other residue to remain for extended periods, as this may encourage bacterial growth, cause odor, and affect hygiene.
Cleaning the Body Surface
- Light dust or minor surface dirt
For light dust or minor surface contamination, use care powder first and gently clean the surface with a soft applicator.
- Cleaning with water
- If water cleaning is necessary, use a soft towel or soft sponge with a mild, pH-neutral body wash. Lather the body wash thoroughly in your hands first, then use the foam on the product surface. Do not apply concentrated body wash directly to the silicone.
- Do not scrub forcefully or repeatedly rub the same area.
- Do not use:
- Highly acidic, highly alkaline, or corrosive cleaning products;
- Alcohol-based or other cleaners that may damage the material;
- Rough sponges, brushes, or abrasive cleaning tools.
- For painted or made-up areas:
- Avoid cleaning products that may affect the finish;
- Do not scrub excessively or repeatedly rub the same spot, as this may wear or remove the paint/makeup.
Cleaning Intimate Areas
If the product is used as an adult product, the vaginal, anal, and other contact areas must be cleaned after use.
A rinsing bulb/irrigator or similar tool may be used for internal canals:
- Clean with warm water and a mild, pH-neutral cleanser.
- Rinse again with clean water until no cleanser remains.
- Thoroughly absorb and remove internal moisture using a soft, absorbent cleaning material, then allow the canal to dry completely.
Leaving internal areas damp for extended periods may encourage bacterial growth, so thorough drying is essential.
Cleaning the Head
- Do not rinse or soak the head. The head contains internal mounting structures and cavities that are difficult to dry completely if water enters. Keep water away from the interior and head connector.
- Remove the head from the body before cleaning and remove the wig if necessary.
- For routine head cleaning, care powder is preferred. If water cleaning is necessary, use a soft damp towel and wipe gently. After cleaning, press with a dry towel to absorb surface moisture and allow the head to dry completely.
- Take particular care around the eyes, eyelashes, and makeup. Do not rub forcefully or repeatedly wipe the same area, as this may damage the finish.
After-Cleaning Care
- Gently press a clean, soft towel against the surface to absorb moisture. Do not rub back and forth. Allow the doll to dry completely.
- Once fully dry, apply the supplied care powder as needed to restore a dry, smooth surface feel.
- Never apply care powder while the product is still wet or damp.
Cleaning Precautions
- We do not recommend rinsing the entire product with water. If the body must be washed, remove the head first to prevent water from entering the head.
- Keep water away from standing bolts, the back hanging structure, neck connector, and other openings or metal connection points. Protect these areas with waterproof material before cleaning to prevent liquid from entering the product.
- For models with electronic/smart functions: never rinse the product directly or immerse it in water. Water ingress may cause a short circuit, electric leakage, fire, or other damage.
- Do not use very hot water, hot air from a hair dryer, or sharp objects for cleaning.
