How Can I Treat Minor Dents?

Silicone has a certain degree of flexibility. If minor dents develop from pressure during normal use or storage, they can often gradually recover with simple care.

Treating Minor Dents

  • If you notice a shallow dent, gently massage the affected area with your fingers to help the silicone return to its original shape.
  • Some minor dents will recover naturally over time. Avoid repeatedly pressing, pulling, or applying excessive force to the area, as this may place additional stress on the silicone surface.

Treating Deeper Dents

  • If a dent is deep, or if the silicone has noticeably deformed due to prolonged compression, it may not fully recover.
  • To reduce the risk of dents, avoid leaving the doll under continuous pressure for extended periods. Use an appropriate storage position and provide adequate support.

Scratches, Tears, Punctures, or Cracks

If the silicone surface develops a puncture, scratch, tear, crack, or other damage, please contact our customer service team or an authorized dealer. Use only the original repair materials recommended or supplied by us. Do not use unapproved repair materials, as they may cause irreversible damage.
