After unboxing, we recommend performing a light cleaning before first use.

Because the doll has gone through production, packaging, and long-distance shipping, a small amount of dust or protective powder may be present on the surface. Platinum-cured silicone may also have a slight oily feel, which is normal for the material.

Initial Cleaning

• Use clean water and a soft towel to gently clean the doll’s surface. Do not scrub forcefully or repeatedly rub the same area.
• If body wash is needed, use a mild, pH-neutral formula. Lather it thoroughly in your hands first, then use the foam to clean the product surface rather than applying concentrated body wash directly.
• Do not use highly acidic, highly alkaline, alcohol-based, corrosive, or otherwise harsh cleaning products. Avoid rough or hard cleaning tools.

After Cleaning

• After cleaning, gently press a clean, soft towel against the surface to absorb moisture. Do not rub back and forth. Allow the doll to dry completely.
• Once no visible moisture remains, apply a light, even layer of the supplied care powder/baby powder.
• Powder helps reduce surface tackiness, restores a dry and smooth feel, and can make dressing the doll easier.

Cleaning Precautions

• We do not recommend rinsing the entire product directly with water or soaking the doll for an extended period.
• For light dust or minor surface dirt, care powder and a soft applicator are often sufficient.

Important:

1.  Do not rinse the head directly with water.

The head contains internal mounting structures and cavities that are difficult to dry completely if water enters. The face also has a painted finish. Use a soft, damp towel to gently wipe the surface and prevent water from entering the eye area or head connector.

2.  If the body must be rinsed, remove the head first and protect all relevant components.

The body contains a metal skeleton and connection structures. Protect metal connection points such as standing bolts, the back hanging interface, and the neck connector to prevent liquid from entering the product and causing unpredictable damage.
