01 | Safe Storage and Use of Special Functions
1. Keep this product out of reach of minors.
2. Do not allow minors to push, pull, lift, or move the product. Its weight may cause crushing or impact injuries.
3. Keep the product away from stoves, open flames, and other strong heat sources to prevent burns, discoloration, or product damage.
4. Prolonged exposure to sunlight or intense lighting may reduce the durability of the surface paint and makeup.
5. For models with heating.
- Never heat continuously for more than 60 minutes.
- Never use the product while it is connected to power.
- Make sure the connector is securely attached before activating the heating function.
6. For models with electronic/smart functions.
- Never rinse the product directly with water or immerse it in water. Water ingress may cause a short circuit, electric leakage, fire, or other hazards.
02 | Moving, Handling, and Standing
1. When moving the product, use a safe lifting posture. A bridal-carry position is recommended.
2. Because the product is heavy and cannot actively assist with balance like a person, it may be more difficult to carry than a person of similar weight.
3. Assess whether you need assistance. Improper lifting can cause personal injury and may also result in dropping or damaging the product.
4. Never drag the product.
5. When using the standing function, make sure both feet are fully in contact with the floor and balanced. Use a soft, thin pad beneath the feet and provide stable support behind the doll—such as a cushion against a wall—to reduce the risk of falling.
6. Before using a stand, confirm that it is stable and secure. A loose or unstable stand may tip or detach, causing injury or product damage.
03 | Joint Adjustment and Posing
1. Each joint has a specific rotation and extension range. Contact customer service for the operation video before use if needed. Do not over-rotate or overextend joints.
2. Use both hands when moving a joint: stabilize the joint area with one hand and position the limb with the other. Follow the official instruction video. Incorrect handling may cause joint displacement or skeleton damage.
3. Do not use positions in which the doll’s body is required to support excessive unsupported load, including unsupported woman-on-top positioning. Insufficient structural support may cause serious product damage.
04 | Protecting the Head, Face, Mouth, and Hands
1. The head must be fully inserted and securely seated during installation. An incompletely installed head may loosen, detach, and be damaged.
2. The mouth and movable jaw have a limited opening range. Do not force them wider, as excessive tension may tear the corners of the mouth or damage the jaw area.
3. Avoid frequent eye replacement, as repeated handling may increase the risk of tearing around the eye corners or loosening eyelashes.
4. Finger bones and finger joints are extremely delicate. Follow the official operation video. When changing clothing or fitting gloves, protect the fingers from being pulled or bent by fabric and avoid unnecessary repeated manipulation.
05 | Surface Protection, Cleaning, and Care
1. Keep fingernails, sharp objects, and hard pointed items away from the product surface. They may leave pressure marks, dents, punctures, or scratches.
2. We do not recommend rinsing the product directly with water. If washing is necessary, protect all standing bolts, back hanging points, neck connectors, and other openings to prevent liquid from entering the product.
3. For painted/made-up products.
- Never use highly alkaline, highly acidic, or corrosive cleaning products.
- Do not scrub aggressively or repeatedly press and rub a single area, as this may damage the finish.
06 | Hygiene After Adult Use
1. If the product is used as an adult product, clean it promptly after use, especially the intimate areas.
2. If used without a condom, thorough cleaning is especially important. Inadequate cleaning may encourage bacterial or mold growth and may create hygiene or infection risks.
07 | Clothing and Dye Transfer
Colored and dark clothing may transfer dye to the product surface. Before using non-white clothing or accessories, perform a dye-transfer test.
08 | Do Not Disassemble
Do not attempt to disassemble the product yourself. Unauthorized disassembly may cause malfunction, damage, or accidents.
